Kelley meets personally with every facility’s Director of Nursing and Administrator first, to ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of expectations before nurse staffing services begin and the facility get to decide when short term shift coverage works better for your staffing need or if an extended contract is the right choice for your current situation.
